again, don't know why these are centered so strange but we're thriving. for this Bauble project, i was originally very opposed to the idea. i absolutely cannot stand drawing realism, so drawing my own reflection but distorted sounded like a nightmare. eventually mr. Gaudreau coaxed me into doing it, and i can safely say i'm happy with the results. it was difficult to do the background because i chose a spot that had so much going on, but the art wing concourse is such a lovely space to be because art and creativity is all around you. if i could change anything about my final piece i would leave it how it is in these pictures. i took them before i coloured the background which i wish i had left as plain white. these photos really help to highlight how i've improved with watercolour and become more comfortable with my colour choices.
Nice result, Glad you tackled it. The one detail of you drawing is a really good composition shot and would make a great enlargement as a a lino cut (or larger drawing) Keeping it just as sketchy.
